Update: sure, I can understand there’s ‘complexities’ to setting that goes beyond simply increase in power. What I do know is your technician says they’ve/ they will increase power but didn’t actually do so, on multiple occasions. The exact same setting. If you truly believed the same setting was best for me then you could’ve said that. No reasons for lying. After having completed my package of 6 sessions for both underarm and Brazilian, I can now finally write a honest and complete review. In short: the machine works, place is clean, inconsistent laser power. I’ve recorded all the setting they’ve used on me during each appointment to keep track. The first 2 sessions they gradually increase the power which is what you want. Then moving to my third appointment the level went down. The next two times I went in and told them I’ve notice more hair growth compared to before, they ‘checked’ my profile because they do in fact keep record of all setting they’ve used. She told me she will increase the power both times and she in fact did not. Essentially 3/6 sessions, Half of them they used the exact same maintenance setting on me while telling me they’ve increased each time. I have seen a change since I started laser, that’s guaranteed consider I’m the ideal candidate for laser removal. However, if you do choose this place make sure you’re on top of all your setting because they will lie to your face and prolong your treatment with lower setting so you have to come back more. Before you go anywhere for laser you have to do your research otherwise it’s very likely you’ll be lied to/ manipulated.
