I’ve been coming here for my laser treatments and I love this place. The staff is super friendly, welcoming, and always makes me feel comfortable. The customer service is excellent they take the time to explain everything and answer any questions I have. The prices are very affordable compared to other places, and the results have been amazing. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality treatments at a great price!

Kristina is the best. This is my first experience with laser hair removal and she has made the process so easy. She is so kind and explains everything before doing it. The process has exceeded my expectations and the results are fantastic. Would recommend to anyone who is interested in laser hair removal.

I love Lux Laser! I’ve been coming here for about 8 or 9 sessions now, and the results have been amazing. My hair grows back so much slower, and in some areas not at all. The staff is always professional, friendly, and makes me feel comfortable every visit. The treatments are quick, effective, and really worth it. Highly recommend to anyone considering laser!

Extremely disappointed with my laser hair removal experience at Lux, despite the good reviews. I had been getting full body laser hair removal at Lux for 1 and a half years. The technician, Kristina, pushed me to laser areas I originally did not want touched, as I was concerned there could be a side effect of increased hair growth. She assured me that it was safe and proceeded with lasering those areas. About a year into my sessions, I began noticing increased hair growth in multiple areas of my body. Despite raising concerns several times, I was repeatedly dismissed and told that the hair growth was normal. I eventually had to bring a family member to advocate for me as I wasn't being heard. During that session, Kristina asked, "Why did you let me do those areas?” rather than take responsibility for her recommendation and reassurance there would be no side effects. There was a complete lack of empathy, care, and professionalism. As a doctor myself, I cannot imagine recommending a treatment to a patient and then blaming them when it doesn’t work or when negative side effects arise. I suspected that I had paradoxical hypertrichosis, a condition caused by laser treatment of fine hairs, which has been confirmed by a dermatologist. My dermatologist advised me not to return to Lux, given their failure to properly address the concerns I had raised multiple times. I now have to pay for laser sessions by a board certified dermatologist to fix the problems caused by Lux. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and distressing, and I sincerely hope no one else has to go through something similar.

Update: sure, I can understand there’s ‘complexities’ to setting that goes beyond simply increase in power. What I do know is your technician says they’ve/ they will increase power but didn’t actually do so, on multiple occasions. The exact same setting. If you truly believed the same setting was best for me then you could’ve said that. No reasons for lying. After having completed my package of 6 sessions for both underarm and Brazilian, I can now finally write a honest and complete review. In short: the machine works, place is clean, inconsistent laser power. I’ve recorded all the setting they’ve used on me during each appointment to keep track. The first 2 sessions they gradually increase the power which is what you want. Then moving to my third appointment the level went down. The next two times I went in and told them I’ve notice more hair growth compared to before, they ‘checked’ my profile because they do in fact keep record of all setting they’ve used. She told me she will increase the power both times and she in fact did not. Essentially 3/6 sessions, Half of them they used the exact same maintenance setting on me while telling me they’ve increased each time. I have seen a change since I started laser, that’s guaranteed consider I’m the ideal candidate for laser removal. However, if you do choose this place make sure you’re on top of all your setting because they will lie to your face and prolong your treatment with lower setting so you have to come back more. Before you go anywhere for laser you have to do your research otherwise it’s very likely you’ll be lied to/ manipulated.

Best laser machine ever! I’ve tried several laser hair removal places before, and none were as effective or as fast as this one. Also, everyone there is so nice. 100/10. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

I absolutely love coming here for my full legs, bikini, and full face! As a girl with PCOS, dealing with hair can be really frustrating, but this place makes such a difference for me. I’ve been going to Kristina and she is AMAZING!!!! she really knows what she’s doing and always makes me feel comfortable. The prices are super affordable and honestly can’t be beat. Finding a place that truly makes you feel at home and comfortable is rare these days. Kristina always goes above and beyond to make me feel at ease. Not only does she provide excellent service, but she also ensures I feel confident and well taken care of. I’ve been coming to Lux Laser Bar for almost 2 years now and have never had a single complaint. If I ever need to reschedule, they are always flexible and accommodating.
