I shopped here for an omnilux mask and just wanted to say that the customer service was really outstanding. There was a delay, but communication was proactive and kind, and I think that's worth a lot in a world of companies who seem to have stopped caring about customers. Will definitely purchase from SF Skincare again in the future.

Was in need of service pretty urgently and called - the voicemail said their phones are having issues and can’t respond, I figured I’d go drop by in person and check since they were open. I arrive, but their office did not seem to be open - and when I called, their phones were working fine (I could hear the phone from in the office outside the door). Was hoping I’d be able to at least speak to someone, kind of deceptive..
