I love this place! I spent the afternoon here with a best friend, and it was clean, relaxing, and a beautiful Women Only space in SF. The heated clay ball room is my favorite spot to unwind there. As for the scrub and massage services, I opted for the Silver Bell. The therapist was kind and made sure to always keep my private areas covered with a towel. I recently had surgery on my right shoulder, and she was gentle when working on that spot during the massage. She helped me stretch it out and even positioned it with an extra rolled towel when she saw that I literally couldn’t lay it flat. Thank you Kim!! 95% of the guests kindly adhere to the quiet policy, with some who do try to carry on conversations with a whisper. All around it was a great day to be at Pearl Spa.

Great service, super clean, a little bit quirky and unique… Neighborhood gem. The playroom and the salt room are fantastic.

Very reasonably priced and wonderful customer service with decent amenities. Simple but clean and relaxing. I noticed their employees are continuously cleaning all areas. Adorable older ladies wash you down and make you feel comfortable

Ladies, if you are on the fence about going to this spa, I have two words for you: Dyson Hairdryer. Yes, they have them, and, yes, you can use them. The entire post-spa glam station is so well set up that I will be making adjustments to my own bathroom. The spa experience is superb (I had a body scrub and a massage). The whole place is very clean and welcoming! I will definitely be coming back!

I booked a shared scrub for my mother and me, but we were split into separate rooms and received only 40 minutes of disorganized service in 90 minutes. No reimbursement was offered when we complained. I wouldn't recommend this for special or time-sensitive appointments.

If you haven’t been, you need to stop right now and book an appointment. I got the silver moon package today. I’ve had shoulder surgery, dry skin circulation issues and after about three hours in this magical treatment facility, my whole body feels like it’s been brought back to life. If you could go and do one thing for yourself this year you need to make an appointment today. It made me realize it had been over a year since I had been in. I need to start coming every 60 days. The facility is incredibly clean all the amenities down to snacks. It’s also sponsored by Aveda for skin, body and hair.

I’ve been visiting Pearl Spa for more than four years now and the experience never disappoints. It’s a Korean women-only day spa that offers such a special and relaxing environment. Every treatment I’ve received has been phenomenal, and the level of service and attention to detail is truly unmatched. I always leave feeling completely refreshed.

This place is amazing. Super clean, efficient and all around wonderful service. This is a must do if you enjoy Korean spas. Bring cash to tip your provider, they truly deserve it!!

I'd heard good things about this place before, but I never had the chance until today. I regretted not coming sooner. I've been to several massage spas in San Francisco, but this one is exceptional. The service was fantastic. I'm already thinking about my next visit.
