Alithea was gentle and friendly but very professional. Offered additional treatments without being pushy which I accepted and ended up doing an additional treatment. The clinic is clean and peaceful and sparkling fresh water was offered. I was done so quickly and with less pain than prior treatments. I am now a loyal customer of Alithea! First time getting a hydrofacial. Tech told me that the salon is a medical spa, so if you go somewhere else, there will probably be more frills. The technician was nice, the facial didn't really hurt and my skin looked good after the service
