Kumi Laser Hair Removal & MedSpa Reviews

Great location, amazing results. I'm on my 5th treatment here at Kumi and I love the results. The location is very nice, always decorated and hospitable. They service champagne and have great customer service. Kaylyn is very sweet and knowledgeable about laser. No pain and love my results already. Will continue my treatments here.

Love my experience with Kumi! Prices are great & customer service is amazing! Mikaiya has helped me through the whole process of getting my tattoo removed including answering any questions i’ve had! Highly recommend, 10/10!

The only medspa I trust! They go out of their way to make you feel welcomed, the environment is unbeatable! 10/10 recommend their facials, laser treatments, and injectables. I love Kumi!

I’ve done 10 sessions here and everything about this place is phenomenal. From the moment I walked in I was offered champagne and they made it feel like a luxury experience (which it is). Kaylyn my laser tech is fantastic. She put me on just the right machine and setting for the best results. I recommend this place to all my friends. On top of exceeding my expectations, they also have really good pricing and promotions. Come check it out!!

I’ve been here several times, and each visit leaves me genuinely appreciative of the professionalism and welcoming atmosphere. From the front desk staff to the estheticians, everyone is wonderful. Christina did an amazing job during my last visit, she was incredibly caring and informative. This is definitely my go-to spot for laser treatments. Highly recommend!

Kumi is the place to go!! They have it all. Christine did my laser hair removal treatment today and she is very knowledgeable and professional. They are always welcoming and friendly. I was referred by a friend who had laser treatments and is hair free for 3 yrs now! So excited I picked the right place.

Just got done doing my laser treatment with Selena and it was excellent. She is very kind and gets the job done right I would recommend her to every one of my family and friends.

I had such a great experience at Kumi Laser Spa! The staff was super friendly and made me feel comfortable the whole time. The spa is clean, relaxing, and my results were amazing — my skin feels so smooth and refreshed. Definitely recommend it!

The customer service at Kumi Med Spa was outstanding, and they were able to help me the moment I arrived. I also like how they were honest with me, and they didn't try to sell me anything too expensive when it wasn't necessary. I would recommend this place. My great experience caused me to want to purchase more future treatments. I received excellent customer service from the laser tech; I think her name was Michelle. She was very polite and accommodating. It was nice to be treated well by the person doing my laser session. Michelle is very professional. She made sure to make me feel very comfortable, and as a result, I knew I was in good hands. Michelle was also very thorough. I had an annoying razor bump, and she zapped it away. She also talked me through the sensitive areas that she was about to laser, which made those areas tolerable and practically painless. Overall, it was incredible how friendly and professional the staff were. They made me feel comfortable and like I was in good hands. I am now a forever customer.
