After doing my own research and looking at various schools to determine which would be the right fit for me, I felt like I was going in circles. I had a lot of questions and I felt overwhelmed with information. However, from the very first phone call I felt like this was a school for me. They were patient, kind, welcoming and helpful in providing me with answers to all of my questions. I absolutely enjoyed the hybrid laser hair removal course! I was able to do it at my own pace and I was able to ask questions whenever I needed and I received a response promptly there after. I would almost say that they were always paying attention to when students were online and able and ready to answer our questions. The thought of attending the Hands-On training was absolutely nerve-wracking. I was totally nervous going in, but I'm so thankful that the instructor and the models were so very helpful, willing, patient and understanding. They were there to help us learn and just pretty much be open and relaxed to the experience which made the environment enjoyable, pleasant and comfortable. I was able to perform the procedures, which ultimately was a wonderful experience. I was able to ask all the questions in the world and never once did the instructor or the clients make me feel like I was dumb for asking questions or that some concept took me a little bit longer to comprehend. One thing is for sure, they want you to have a thorough understanding and make you feel comfortable practicing with the laser and not just send you on your way after pushing a button. I highly recommend Advanced Laser Institute especially if you're like me and want to comprehend everything that you're doing and to have the ability to explain it correctly when you finally get the chance to operate a laser on your own, then this is the school is for you!
