I am writing to recommend Dr. Rodarte as a concierge doctor. I have known Dr. Rodarte for several years now, and I have been consistently impressed with her care and expertise. Dr. Rodarte is a highly skilled and knowledgeable physician. She is always up-to-date on the latest medical research and treatments. She is also very good at explaining complex medical concepts in a way that I can understand. Dr. Rodarte is also very compassionate and caring. She takes the time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions. She also makes sure that I am comfortable with all of my treatment options. I am particularly grateful for Dr. Rodarte's accessibility. I can always get an appointment with her when I need it, and she is always available to answer my questions by phone or email. Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Rodarte as a concierge doctor. She is a skilled, knowledgeable, compassionate, and accessible physician who provides excellent care to her patients. She is now my primary Doctor.

I absolutely love Becky Goodson. I was referred to her by my boss, and being the sceptic I am, I was praying that I wasn't just waisting my money on someone who was going to want me to "buy into their program" like so many of these things you see advertised on social media sites and all over the Internet. The truth is, she took over an hour at my very first visit to learn about ME. She asked all the right questions and honestly had me pegged before I even walked into her office. She pointed out that "I looked fatigued and stressed" which was the absolute truth. I was depressed because I couldn't get the weight off, and I wasn't sleeping well. By the time I saw her 2 months later, I was feeling better but not great, so when she started to tweek the hormones a bit without making me feel like I was a drug addict I was surprised. She made me aware of things that I was doing that could be causing part of the problems and I have no doubt that in 6 months time she very well could have me off of all of the drugs Western Medicine Dr's put me on. It was always, " here's another pill to counteract this pill and this pill to take care of this discrepancy in your blood work, but when it came to my thyroid levels being off or if I would mention the 'M' word (menopause) then it was like I was talking a foreign language. Becky started me on HRT meds like progesterone and testosterone, things that my body is already producing, but has over the yrs stopped making as much and I feel like I am in my mid 20's again. So a big shout out to Activated Health and to Becky Goodson and her staff. You all are amazing. From the second I made the first Appointment to now, you all have made my life worth living once again.

Dr Melody Rodarte ordered an ultrasound that included a transvaginal internal procedure and failed to disclose that fact beforehand. I was not informed in advance that an invasive exam was part of the imaging order. There was no prior explanation sufficient to allow for informed consent. I sent her an email expressing my concern. Her reply was dismissive and beyond rude and unprofessional. She is condescending and does not care about her patients. All she cares about is collecting her $200.00. Thank god for other doctors that were available. They also take the insurance. They are kind and don’t give you anxiety. Being presented with an internal procedure without prior disclosure represents a serious breakdown in patient communication and raises concerns regarding informed consent standards. After I formally raised these concerns, rather than addressing the issue, I was dismissed from the practice via certified letter. Patients should not be penalized or silenced for questioning whether proper consent protocols were followed. Transparency and accountability are foundational to ethical medical care. Silencing a patient for speaking up about transparency and consent is deeply troubling. Proceed with caution.

I cannot express my gratitude enough for Dr Rodarte and her entire staff. When I met her 4 years ago I had already been through two other doctors who did not take my health issues seriously at all. When I hit menopause I gained 30 pounds practically overnight, had zero energy, and my thyroid gland seemed to just stop working. After being gaslit that this is all just normal (and being prescribed antidepressants when I wasn’t depressed) I finally found Dr Rodarte. She listens and is compassionate. We were able to improve my thyroid levels, manage my hormones, and I am down to my pre-menopausal weight. I am happier and feeling better than I have in years and I am forever grateful for her care and compassion. She and her entire staff go above and beyond.

It’s the craziest thing! I actually LIKE and look forward going to the doctor! Who can say that?!? Let me explain…when I first walk in I’m greeted by the nicest staff and sit down in a lobby that is comfortable, beautiful and welcoming. When I meet with the doctor she is SO knowledgeable and has answers for all my questions! She is always happy and has a heart of gold! The best part is, she gives me hope that I can reach my goals and I know that with her help I will! I can not say enough good about this office!! I wish every doctors office was just like this one!!

Dr. Melody is so incredibly lovely! She is a constant student to all things health in holistic, natural, modern medicine and absolutely anything that can promote healing or supporting the human body. She is brilliant and a solid human who does this because she loves it!! The care and deep purpose she has to help YOU oozes out of her pores. She looks at the whole body and how it links together. So often, the more specialized someone is, the more disconnected they are from the rest of the body. Most often it is other factors such as allergens, deficiencies, emotions, lifestyle habits, etc that could be the domino impacting multiple internal processes. She take a full look to find the root, not just treat the symptoms. I HIGHLY recommend her!
