The treatment was very good, but the sales and cancellation experience was not. After my visit I was pressured into a larger financed package and later told it was nonrefundable because I used CareCredit. I contacted the Florida Attorney General’s Office, the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, and CareCredit directly and was able to resolve it and recover my funds. If you are told you have no options, verify that independently and act quickly.

I’ve been getting beauty treatments here and always had a great experience , and also I get a lot of comments on how young I look, thanks you for your great treatments, I highly recommend this place👍👍👍👍

I absolutely love this spa! The service is exceptional. From the moment you walk in, the staff is welcoming, attentive, and professional. What I appreciate the most is the personalized care they give to each client. They take the time to understand your needs and make sure you have the best experience. I always leave feeling relaxed and very happy with the results. Highly recommend!

I had the opportunity to take advantage of a $79 special and thereafter I was pressured and deceived in getting me to sign a document for $7.000.00 for services over the course of a year. They tell you it’s NOT an application for a credit card but in actuality it is!! You won’t find out until after you’ve signed the documents! They said it was an offer through their company but it’s not through their company it’s a third-party!! In disputing this (will never go back to this place for services due to their lack of integrity.) I found out something you all should know! In communicating through my lawyer please BE AWARE that the owner told him they video and audiotape everyone that walks in there!!!! I did not see signs anywhere and you are undressing to put a wrap on for treatments! Stay away!!

This place is absolutely amazing! I’ve been coming here for a few months now and I truly love my results. From the moment you walk in, everyone is so warm, welcoming, and kind — it makes every visit such a great experience. Jamie is exceptional. She is not only incredibly talented, but also attentive and professional. She always greets me personally, makes me feel comfortable, and consistently delivers beautiful results. This spa is incredible. Not only for the experience and the results of the treatments, but for the incredible people that work there. As soon as you walk in you are greeted by a smile and friendly face of Carley, offering a beverage while you wait. Now, I'm not familiar with the other ladies too much but you're always greeted by a smile and a friendly hello, not fake, genuine. My favorite person is Jamie, my treatment specialist. Proffesional and thorough at what she does, also a friend who listens to your stories and company I thoroughly enjoy. I bought a 10 session package which is incredibly worth every penny. I'm loving the results. So if you want to feel mediocre go somewhere else, but if you want to look and feel like a Rock star, you gotta give this place a try. Adriana is your contact, trust me!!

My gf went here and we spent a bunch of money. The staff was horrible except the front desk girl very kind. They try to offer financing but unrealistic interest rates. Not happy with the services render. Would like to speak to them about refund policy.

I would like to share my experience at Lumiere with the amazing technician Jamie. She is professional, knowledgeable and very experienced. She explains then performs her job. This makes you feel comfortable during a session where everything is new. I will only have Jamie work on me, despite availability of others and that says a lot.

I’m in my mid-50s and just finished serious of RF tightening treatments, what an amazing experience! The staff is so kind and professional, and the results are incredible. My skin feels firmer and looks years younger. The results truly last. Highly recommend❤️
