I attended an Aspire Med Spa event and I learned so much! As a woman in my 50s, it was great to get clear, easy to understand information on the latest wonder drug of NAD+, glutathione and Sermorelin. Their team was friendly, knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable asking questions. I left the event feeling educated and excited to try some of these wellness treatments. I highly recommend.

I brought my mother in for Botox yesterday, and the experience was shockingly bad. This place used to be warm and welcoming — now the staff is rude, dismissive, and made us feel like an inconvenience rather than paying clients. The unprofessional attitude and unwelcoming atmosphere were unacceptable. We won’t be returning.

Don’t book here if you want an office that is welcoming ,friendly and open to diversity. I booked my mother an appointment at this location and called the office prior to the appointment to ask about financing and if they offered a payment plan with cherry.They stated they did but that my mother would not be able to finance since her daughter (me ) wouldn’t be at the appointment with her. This was ok with my mother since she had already been planing this appointment and money was not an issue. I simply wanted to pay for her since her birthday was coming up. Later when my mom shows up for her Botox appointment , the front desk staff had canceled her appointment without any explanation or effort to help. ! They did not try to reschedule, accommodate her, or offer any kind of solution. Instead, they dismissed her completely with zero consideration for her time or experience. What makes this even more upsetting is that my mom had been so excited for this appointment because her birthday is coming up. She wanted to treat herself and feel her best, and instead she was left disappointed and hurt by how she was treated. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. If you value customer service or respect for your time, be careful booking here — the way they handled her visit was extremely disappointing.

I had a fantastic experience at Aspire Medical Spa in Edgewater! From start to finish, everything was seamless and professional. Ashley was incredibly knowledgeable and addressed my rosacea concerns almost immediately. Rosacea can be so tricky to manage, but she was confident, well-informed, and had the right tools for my treatment—including the laser facial, which she performed with care and expertise. Ashley explained each step of the process in a clear, educational way. She also introduced me to a few products she used during the treatment, but it never felt like a sales pitch—just genuine guidance from someone who knows her stuff. Coordinating the appointment with Courtney was super easy; we handled everything through text, and she was friendly and responsive. The spa itself is spotless, modern, and conveniently located right next to Starbucks and the UPS store, with free parking in a small lot—huge plus! I was so impressed with the results (even less than 24 hours later, my skin already looks calmer and brighter!) that I signed up for their monthly membership to continue my treatment plan. I’m excited to stay on this journey with Aspire and confident they’ll be my go-to spot for skincare moving forward. Highly recommend!

From the moment I walked in I was greeted and given a sparkling water. I did not have to worry about filling in the pages of paper work that normally await such visits because well before my appointment date, I had the opportunity to complete them on line. This level of convenience shows Aspire's commitment to provide a relaxed atmosphere in what may otherwise be a bit stressful. My CO2 treatment was performed by Arpita who prepped me, talked me through the entire procedure and made me feel so safe and comfortable. I am grateful to Ashley who provided me realistic expectations so that I could go into the recovery process empowered and ready to heal and enjoy my results. I will say if you are on the fence about getting CO2, you will spend thousands of dollars on over the counter products that while helpful, will not be able to give you the immediate results this treatment will. If you are like me who doesn't like to spend money and time on beauty routines, this procedure is for you and it is already saving me both. I had a microchanneling treatment with Julie and it was a great experience! She’s incredibly easy to talk to and such a kind, welcoming person. Julie took the time to really look at my skin, made thoughtful suggestions for home care, and recommended some possible next steps for future treatments. I felt completely comfortable the whole time and appreciated how knowledgeable and attentive she was. Highly recommend her if you're looking for someone who truly cares about your skin and your comfort!

I have been coming to Aspire for almost a year now and I’m so glad I found them! I see Julie for my monthly service and she is incredible! I was pregnant when I first started coming and she was so sweet and accommodating with positioning. She is also super knowledgeable about what products were safe/I should avoid during my pregnancy and nursing timeline. I completely trust her with my skin, it looks and feels amazing!

Beware of unethical owner! I was a client for 2 years. I have never been treated worse by any business much less a “local owned business “. The staff is nice but since I have been to other spas I realize how other spas treat their clients better and provide superior services!!! I will only hope that karma wins in the end for this owner who must really be desperate to treat people the way she did me.
