Where to start?!? HD skin is where you need to go, I have never experienced such wonderful customer service like I have here. It was my first time seeing Lily, and a few days before my appointment I received a welcome text saying she was excited to meet me and have me come in. Then the day of the appointment I received a text about parking, access, etc. Lily sat down with me, asking what my main concern was. She also asked if I had any preferences during the treatment. You climb into the bed, and it’s like falling into a warm fluffy cloud. Lily started with a heavenly massage, melting all your cares away. She then moved on, each step getting better and better! It was the perfect amount of talking, connecting but also relaxing. At the end, I completed my checkout with my products and she handed me a little bag. It included a little mint, a hand written card, and a sample of some facial towels! HD skin pays attention to every little detail and makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed. It’s so rare to find a place like this. Loved every minute!!!
