First time at EpiCentre Skin Care & Laser Center and I was extremely impressed. The staff was welcoming, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I never felt rushed or pressured, and the focus was on natural results and what was best for me. Beautiful space and an excellent overall experience. I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for top-tier aesthetic care in Dallas.

This was my first time here and my experience was great. Katie the PA was my injector and she left my lips looking amazing. She was very thorough about our consultation and took her time. All the staff was super nice and friendly. I would definitely be back and recommend to all my family and friends. 10/10

Nice staff, professional and well kept clinic. After care left ambiguous literally “if no issues no need to reply” rather than the patient-entitled (which is included but not explicit in follow up conversations) “come by the clinic in 4-6 months for a review and contingent complimentary treatment,” which can leave you waiting for sufficient time to pass for effect, see none, write to them, and they say “oh! If you only you had remembered from our supposed in person conversation half a year ago, rather than in any written information that we didnt include in the follow ups, that we could have taken care of you but now you’re at the perfect bench point to pay for a follow up treatment that you didnt see any noticeable results with in the first place. Dont worry, we still think you’re the right demo for it.”

Great service! PA Katie is so gentle and knowledgeable. I live in Mansfield and will drive to Dallas just to come here for Botox injections. Knowing I'm under the care of a trained and licensed medical professional gives me great peace of mind and trust.

Omg! I never write reviews, but I had a great experience here. I came here for lip injections for the first time. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. My injector, Heather was amazing. She made sure I wasn’t in pain and took time to understand what I wanted my lips to look like. Love that she’s a perfectionist and takes her time to do a good job. She’s also super friendly. I was treated so well here! I’m definitely coming back for other treatments.

I get Moxi and BBL laser treatments with Holly. She is and always will be my "go-to person". Holly is a perfectionist and goes above and beyond in everything she does. She is so positive and has a contagious energy that can lift up your spirits. She wants you to look your best and she pampers you throughout your appointment. It is a fact that you feel better when you look better! I highly recommend Holly and EpiCentre!

I appreciated the accountability and willingness to listen to constructive feedback. I came back this week for treatment, and the difference was clear. The appointment felt organized, calm, and professional. Communication was thorough, expectations were clearly set, and I felt informed throughout the entire process. As a male patient navigating aesthetic treatments, clarity and alignment matter to me. This visit reflected the patient-focused experience I had hoped for from the start. I’m updating this to five stars. I’ll be back. Same building. This time, same standard. ✨ Original Review: This place is a real-life Upstairs, Downstairs situation. Upstairs (6th floor): Dallas Plastic Surgery Institute Calm, serene, professional. The doctors actually know aesthetics, explain things clearly, and treat you like an adult making informed decisions. I left feeling confident, educated, and genuinely taken care of. Easy recommendation. Downstairs (5th floor): EpiCentre Skin Care & Laser Center Pure chaos. Overpacked waiting room with people and product stacked everywhere. An employee literally reached over me to grab merchandise without saying excuse me. I didn’t feel especially comfortable or considered in the space. There was also a Valentine’s Day–themed buffet set out, along with a raffle to enter, which added to the overall low-brow, sales-floor feeling rather than a clinical or patient-focused one. Staff couldn’t clearly explain the procedures I asked about without repeatedly grabbing someone else. Conversations felt sales-driven, not patient-driven. Lots of “specials” focused on quantity of treatments, very little focus on whether I actually understood what was being done or if it was right for me. Bottom line: If you’re here for surgeons and aesthetics, stay upstairs. It’s Downton Abbey. If you want calm, knowledgeable, patient-focused care, skip the chaos of the 5th floor and look elsewhere. Same building. Completely different worlds.

I don’t normally write reviews, but I had to take a minute to say thank you Stacy and Epicenter! From the minute i entered, I was treated like I was the only client there. It was such a pleasant experience. Not to mention, Stacy is just the sweetest. She was absolutely phenomenal. She explained everything, made sure I was comfortable with aftercare and answered all the silly questions I had (and I had a million of them.) Most importantly, the results I’m seeing from Stacy doing my Halo are better than 3+ rounds I saw at a competitor. Thank you so much Stacy! You truly are a genius.

The staff is extremely friendly. It's always been easy for me to make last minute appointments. They are very good at explaining the procedures and letting you know the prices ahead of time.
