If you’re looking for personal training, Shawn is the best! He works with you at your fitness level to make you feel comfortable but also pushes you to be your best! I have lost 20lbs and become so much stronger since starting with Shawn! He does both individual and group fitness and provides meal planning. He also does fill biometrics regularly to show all of those non-scale victories. I am incredibly thankful to Shawn for helping me in getting my health back! I plan to continue to work with him! My daughter and I got facials from Sophia and Hailey. My daughter got the fairy facial and I got the microdermabrasion facial. Our skin was glowing when we left. The ladies were very sweet, attentive and gentle with our skin. Our experience was very positive and we will be back again for some pampering and relaxation.

Valentine's day surprise for my husband was amazing. I had Hailey and she was so soft and gentle that I will be back. Owner Maria is amazing as well. Absolutely enjoyed every bit of our couple facials. This was my husband's first time ever experiencing something like this and I would surely do it again.

I have been coming here for about 6 years now to get facials, even started bringing my own daughter for the past 2 years since they offer teen facials. The ambience is so calming and relaxing. Sophia and Maria are both so amazing and do an incredible job. Prices are really good compared to most spas. Highly recommed!

I have attended corporate fitness classes with Shawn for the past 5 years. With the thought he puts into planning the circuits (eg, variety, supersets), the energy he brings to the class, the just-right balance of encouraging vs pushing he finds for each student--Shawn is truly great at what he does! He knows how to coach for any fitness level, and I can say, from my experience, that results will be had for anyone willing to put in the work. I give Shawn a wholehearted 5 stars!

Been coming here for three years now and absolutely in love with how my skin looks! Maria, the owner, is super knowledgeable and one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. Lately I’ve been going to Kiyoji and he gives the best facial massages and always has good recommendations for my skin. Love this place!
