I started consulting Dr. Bassichis three years ago after being referred by another remarkable physician. He has carried out three distinct procedures on me, and I also visit him from time to time for Botox and fillers. The quality of care he provides, along with his team's support, is unmatched compared to anything I've encountered before. Not only is he an incredibly talented and exceptional surgeon, but his empathy and concern for his patients are truly remarkable. I strongly endorse his whole practice. You won't be let down!

Do not believe any review that is less than complimentary about Advanced Facial Plastic Surgery. For over 10 years Dr. Bassichis has surgically treated me, ranging from those you can image to a melanoma close-up right smack on my forehead. Besides being the best in Dallas, Dr. Bassichis' front office have lovely manners.

I recently underwent a lower face and neck lift with Dr. Benjamin Bassichis in Dallas, Texas, and I couldn’t be happier with both my experience and my results. I also know several people who have gone to Dr. B for a variety of procedures — from fillers to rhinoplasty — and the outcomes are consistently excellent. Dr. Bassichis is truly an exceptional surgeon. His skill, precision, and care were evident every step of the way. The same is true of his entire staff, both in the office and at the surgery center. Everyone was professional, kind, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process, from my initial consultation to each follow-up visit. My recovery was remarkably smooth: I had virtually no pain, minimal swelling, and I felt comfortable being seen in public within about a week. The results look natural, refreshed, and exactly what I had hoped for. It may sound strange, but I still look like myself… just a better, more rested version. If you are considering facial surgery and want the very best, I cannot recommend Dr. Bassichis highly enough. He is an outstanding surgeon, and I am truly grateful I chose him.

Biggest scam in the world, I was offered a free consultation to come in and see how much it would be to get something removed from my face. Fast-forward two weeks and I I receive a $50 bill in the mail for my free consultation. I called up there, explained that it was supposed to be free and they said they had it handled. I just got off the phone with them checking up on it and they said I had to pay it. I paid it to keep it off my credit, which is what they are counting on. So much back-and-forth over $50 and it’s the principal for me. I don’t want someone cutting into my face that I cannot trust.

The absolute best. I’ve seen Dr. B for years for aesthetics, and now recently for skin cancer reconstruction on my face. His work is remarkable. So thankful for him and his team taking the time and attention to deliver superior care and amazing results. Highly recommend.

Absolutely the very best plastic surgeon! The skill of this doctor is almost beyond belief! His staff is compassionate. You KNOW you are in good hands. I’ve never been more disappointed by a doctor’s office. I made an appointment with Dr. Bassichis for a consultation, and from the moment I walked in, it was a mess. I was told the consultation would last an hour, so I arranged my schedule to ensure I had 1.5 hours to spare. What happened? I spent over an hour sitting in the waiting room with no updates or any acknowledgment of my time being wasted. Finally, when I was taken back to the consultation room, I was told I’d have to wait even longer for the doctor. This office doesn’t respect your time at all. If they had communicated that the wait would be longer, I would have at least known what to expect. Instead, I sat around with no explanation, just wasting my time. I walked out without ever seeing the doctor because after that level of disrespect, I have no interest in continuing with them. I’ll take my business elsewhere to a practice that actually values my time and my money. It's clear this office doesn't care about either. HARD PASS!!

I had such a positive experience with Dr. Bassichis and his staff. I recently had a CO₂ procedure, and I’ll admit I was a little nervous going into it. From the very beginning, though, he and his team explained everything thoroughly. They were kind, patient, and took the time to walk me through each step, answering all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed—and all of my concerns were addressed. During the procedure, I felt very well cared for. They checked on me often and made sure I was comfortable the entire time, which meant a lot. The surgery center itself was extremely clean and efficient, and everything went exactly as planned. Now that I’m seeing the results, I couldn’t be happier. It’s made a noticeable difference, and I’m so grateful I chose to go here and trusted them with this. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

one of the worst doctors I’ve come across so far. he is obviously trying to see as many patients as possible per day and thus overbooks himself and disregards patients time and needs. his office called me to come almost 2 hours before my original appt time because they had an opening, and then I sat in the waiting room for 1 hour 45 minutes. doctor comes in for my consult almost 2 hours after my appointment time and is rushing out the door after answering 2 questions. literally not even 5 minutes of consultation. unprofessional, doesn’t care abt patients. I could go on.
