Anna was thorough in explaining the SmartWave treatment process and attentive to how I was feeling during the session. She made me comfortable and answered all of my questions before and during the treatment. She set realistic expectations for results and helped me navigate options. This was my second time visiting Dr. Erickson's office and I have only the most positive things to say across the board. Dr. Erickson is truly a compassionate provider and her staff members are kind and professional as well. Dr. Erickson is both thoughtful and patient, and she mitigated any stress I had coming into my appointment by thoroughly addressing all of my questions and concerns. I also appreciate how transparent her office is with respect to the costs of her services/procedures. I will continue to choose Dr. Erickson as a provider and recommend her to everyone around me as well.
