The clinic is clean, stylish, and calming—exactly the kind of environment you want for a facial treatment. My consultation was thorough, and the practitioner took the time to listen to my concerns and explain everything clearly. I felt completely informed and at ease throughout the process. The treatment itself was smooth and professional—I could really tell I was in expert hands. I already see great results, and I’m so happy I chose this clinic for my first facial. From front desk to treatment room; everyone was warm and professional. Caitlyn and Nicole are both attentive and knowledgeable. Nicole explains each step clearly and always make sure I am comfortable during my treatment ( VI Peel ). Their professionalism really stood out and it’s clear they care about client satisfaction. We felt cared for, and the attention was on what our needs were our entire visit. They communicated every last detail of our treatment, and there were no unknowns. Caitlyn was our aesthetician and she was extremely knowledgeable, catered to our every need, while providing us exceptional service. I came to BRB for my first Botox treatment for migraines. Francis not only explained the procedure in detail but addressed all my concerns and questions with professionalism and knowledge. Definitely seeing an improvement in symptoms now that the injection is kicking in without any unexpected side effects or issues. I will be coming back in the future!

Apart from the cute interiors and very welcoming staff, they have such nice aestheticians. I was assigned to Nicole, she explained every step, made me comfortable all throughout the process and was so excited for my own skin's upcoming improvements! I also got to try their Zein Obagi products and immediately felt the difference upon first use. They have the complete line at the front. BRB is such an amazing find in Chicago! No wonder they named it that way, because I am definitely going to Be Right Back!
