I've been going here since my first born from day 1 in 2021 . Had my son in 2023 and we still go there. Stuff is so amazing, nurses are so proactive and always willing to respond to every question and address concerns. Our Amazing favorite doctor Millborn who both my children only listen his orders " Doctor Milborn said we should drink little bit of juice and more water ' lol. I love this location, although we don't live in Charlotte anymore. We drive almost an hour to get to this location. This is home for us. Thank you so much for all you do Novant Elizabeth Pediatric Health. Keep up the outstanding work

I had such a good experience with this location today! The front office staff were so friendly and kind, even at 7:30 am. Portia (pretty sure that was her name) took me back on time for my appointment, and I barely had to wait for my new provider Brannon Puett to come in. He was excellent—really took his time and listened to my concerns and came up with a solid treatment plan. I highly recommend him and this location of Charlotte Dermatology!

I came to this practice after my initial eczema treatment addressed the outbreak, but left my skin’s moisture barrier dry and in need of further care. As a senior patient experiencing this for the first time, I needed a provider with both expertise and patience—and I found both here: Natasha Rudd-Brown, PA-C. Across two visits for two separate concerns, the care has been exceptional. For my eczema, she prescribed two targeted medications and provided a product sample along with a recommendation for an affordable over-the-counter moisturizer. She took the time to educate me on healing the moisture barrier, restoring ceramides, and addressing post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. Her combination of medical expertise, thoroughness, and genuine concern for patient outcomes sets her apart. I am already seeing results and feel confident in my care plan. Highly recommend.

Update: Found out Charlotte dermatology has merged with another company so they are no longer in network. Would be nice if they told new customers… They need to update all the information on their site. Front desk customer service was awesome. However, I was charged for out of network co-pay, when I am definitely in network. Was not impressed with the PA. Seemed un-skilled and in a rush. Gave me several options about a small cyst I had and when I chose the options I wanted she did not seem happy. She drained my cyst and told me to Put a Band-Aid on it, and gave me some antibiotics. Did not have answers to simple questions I asked about aging skin care. She seemed to be in a big rush. Did not give me any instructions or further steps.

Friendly, helpful staff. Aaliyah, medical assistant, very pleasant & efficient. Sam D'Alessandro, PA-C listens very carefully, clarifying, gaining as much info as possible, explaining condition, assuring can be corrected. Outlined treatment plan, expecting improvement, firm follow-up. Sam D'Alessandro is committed to discovering the correct, best treatment for her patients. Highly recommend.

Had a wonderful experience. Everybody was friendly, personable and very helpful. Dr Hazem El-Gamal was great and would highly recommend him. He is very thorough in his exam and he is filled a great amount of knowledge. He takes his time. H doesn’t rush through the appointment just to get to the next person. I really like that.

Phenomenal practice!!! I've been going to Melissa Booth for over 5 years and have recommended her to several friends and my daughters. We all value her expertise and bedside manner!! Staff is amazing as well.

Dr. El Gamal preformed my Moh’s surgery. I have been to him before so I knew I was in good hands. His beside manor is impeccable and he is a highly skilled surgeon. The whole surgical team is very efficient. From start to finish, it was a positive experience!

It's been six months since I've been to see P.A. Bryanna Uhlir. She's always a pleasure to see. She has impeccable bedside manners as well as her assistants. Bryanna is very thorough and attentive to my questions. I never feel rushed during my visits. She talks to me and not at me. There was also a beautiful woman at Check In. She has a big curly afro and she wears glasses. She was so delightful to meet. Her smile was so welcoming and warm. I have been with this practice since I moved to Charlotte 30 years ago. This was the best Check in person I have ever encountered.
