I was scheduled for an appointment today at 3:00 PM. When I arrived, the place was closed. When I made the appointment last week, I was asked to provide my email to confirm the Groupon. I explained that I would provide my personal information once I was at the appointment, because I have had previous problems with scams and I protect my personal information and my money. This was taken personally. I was still given an appointment for today, but when I arrived at the scheduled time, the business was closed. Scheduling a client, taking it personally, and then leaving the place closed without any notice shows a lack of professionalism and ethical behavior.

I love, love, love. The environment was welcoming and cozy. My injector, Glendelys was kind and attentive to my needs and what I specifically wanted but also informative about what’s best for me! 10/10 will definitely be returning for my future services.

I had an amazing experience getting my lip injections and Xeomin done with Glendely! She took the time to explain exactly what she was doing and what products she was using. The process was quick, the pain was minimal(she uses an excellent numbing cream) and you can tell she genuinely loves what she does My lips look natural and balanced and she took the time to set up a plan based on my aesthetic goals. I am excited to go back for round two!!!

I received the microneedling treatment 3 weeks ago from Glendely and I’m so happy with my results!! My skin was so dull before my appt and 3 weeks later, it’s visibly brighter, tighter, and more glowing. She is a knowledgeable and caring nurse so you’ll feel well taken care of.

This establishment is not recommended. If someone is looking to save time and money, they may want to consider other options. The provider was unprofessional and didn't t show respect for clients’ time. An appointment was scheduled when the business was not even open, which was both inconvenient and disrespectful. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
