A master of his craft. I had a breast augmentation with a lift back in 2017 after having my daughter. Unhappy with my morphed results.. that same surgeon “fixed them” . After having the second surgery (implant exchange) I ended up with a capsular contracture on my left breast. Realizing that the size I had was way too big for my body frame, living with constant back pain, & losing sleep because of the constant discomfort, I knew it was time to take care of myself. It was clear that I would not return to the previous surgeon & I had a lot of research to do when choosing someone to fix the issue. Out of nervousness, I put this on hold for probably 3 years until I couldn’t take it any longer. Finally, I stumbled upon Dr.Del Vecchio. And thank god I did. Dr.Del Vecchio is not only a surgeon, but he is an artist with an incredible talent in the OR. I arrived at his practice at 6AM, around 9:30 AM I woke up.. a much different experience as my first two surgeries were about 6 hours long. That says a lot given the complexity of my botched breasts. His knowledge and expertise speak for themselves. I could not be happier with my results. If you are looking for a plastic surgeon, please do yourself a favor & schedule a consult if you’re aiming for perfection!!

I recently had surgery with Dr. Delvecchio and he definitely did exactly what I asked and more. His team is amazing, from Shannon answering all my questions in a timely matter, and his nurse Paul answering my calls when needed after surgery. His anesthesiologist is amazing as well! After surgery I had no problems with the anesthesia compared to previous surgeries. I would definitely have surgery with Dr. Delvecchio again!

Dr Del Vecchio and his team were great! They are professional and very caring. Dr Del Vecchio answered all my question and made me feel very comfortable before and after my procedure. And my results were better than I expected. Will defiantly be seeing him and his again in the near future

Dr. Del Vecchio does amazing work! Him and his staff are all wonderful and helpful! I am so glad that I made the decision to switch doctors and go with him! I had Lipo 360, fat transfer to my breasts, and a skinny BBL w/ Dr. Del Vecchio last week. My initial consult w/ Dr. Del Vecchio was very good - he was straight forward and honest about what I can and cannot expect. I had to gain weight for the procedure, and he gave me some advice on how to do this quickly and easily. The whole team was very communicative prior to my procedure (mainly by text, which I appreciated given my busy schedule - I can almost never pick up the phone). The nurse anesthetist even called me the night before my procedure to go over everything and answer any questions I had. I was very nervous the morning of my procedure but the nurse anesthetist put me at ease by talking about anesthesia techniques and drugs (I am in the medical field as well, so I enjoy talking about this kind of thing). The other surgical assistant/nurse was great as well, very kind and accommodating (I asked him to take my to the bathroom to pee about 50 times). Dr. Del Vecchio examined me again, and discussed my goals and the surgical plan again to make sure we were on the same page, and then drew on me with marker which also made me feel very good (maybe physically seeing the plan drawn on my body put me at ease). Then I was given an IV catheter and some amazing drugs and don't remember anything other than waking up and feeling a little tender but overall good. My husband drove me home (I don't remember much of this either), and the first day I mostly rested. I had 2 JP (bulb/suction) drains in, which I had to empty a lot the first 36 hrs, but then the draining slowed. Both the nurse anesthetist and Dr. Del Vecchio texted me to check in the day after my procedure, and answered a few questions I had. My recovery was mostly uneventful, but I did have a concern on day 5 post-op, on EASTER SUNDAY. I texted Dr. Del Vecchio and within 3 MINUTES he responded, and helped me with my concern (and seemed happy to do so, even on a Sunday, and a Holiday!). I just had my drains removed today (day 7) and am feeling very good. I am IN LOVE with my results so far! I still have some swelling and bruising, but can already see my beautiful new body shape. I have been self-conscious about my uneven hips and buttocks my whole life (results of a vascular condition in my right leg, making that leg 2 inches shorter). My shape is perfectly symmetrical - even though symmetry can never be guaranteed with plastic surgery, Dr. Del Vecchio nailed it. My breasts are full and my waist is smaller as well. Had a procedure done with Dr. V, he was running late and kept telling me to reschedule until the next day. I told him I couldn’t because I had traveled from far and had scheduled my time in accordance with my surgery. The surgery was scheduled for 2pm I didn’t get in until around 4. After surgery I never see the doctor I was woke up and rushed out the room into a vehicle waiting for me. They never monitored me to see how I was after surgery. As a nurse who’ve cared for patients after a surgical procedure I know this wasn’t the way. I kept reaching out due to swelling and pain because I was never recommended to have a lymphatic massage to drain the fluid. I understand that I was not one of the “doll” but I paid money to have this surgery done. I’m recovered with limps in my legs and the outline not perfected as one of my hip looks bigger than the other. It took me awhile to right this review but please buy same effort and care into ever patient.

Where do I even begin? Just AMAZING! Im 3 days post op from a BBL with lipo 360, he completely reshaped my body. Truly has an amazing talent. I will definitely go to him for all future surgeries! His anesthesiologist was also great--very comforting during a time of stress/excitement! His nurse and Shannon are also awesome, always there for you. Im so proud of your work Dr D! Truly the best around!

Dr D is amazing! I told him what I wanted and I’m pleased with my results. I’m almost 8 months post op and everyday I fall more, and more in love with my results. Him and his staff were very professional, and took great care of me. I am beyond happy with my results, and my experience. I can’t thank Dr. D and his staff again! My results speak for themselves! I’m amazed when I look at myself. The fact that I look natural, have no scars and light incisions you can barely see. I was back to work in a week after surgery, just taking Tylenol. Dr D is amazing!
