This is my new favorite place…I met with Caroline for a consult and botox and learned SO much. She took the time to get to know me, understand my needs, and wasn’t pushy at all. She was so thorough in her work and I really felt taken care of. On top of all that, it was actually a fun experience because she’s so personable. I went to Balanced specifically for botox, but now knowing the wealth of services they offer, I plan to go back for other things. Highly recommend for anyone starting their botox/skincare/wellness journey!!

Caroline is the absolute best! Between aging and unexpected weight loss, I started noticing changes in my face that I did not like. I’ve had Botox before, but I never loved the results and I wanted to see what options were available. After tons of searches and a few in person consults, I found BA and Caroline. Caroline is the most knowledgeable injector/provider I’ve ever had. She recommended sculptra and changed the placement of neurotoxins. She knew exactly what needed to be done to make me feel like myself again. I was so nervous to try sculptra and almost backed out. Caroline probably spent an hour just addressing all of my concerns and was available for all my questions even after hours. I trusted her and I’m so glad that I did! The results are already amazing (and natural) and it’s only the beginning! Don’t hesitate, go see Caroline!

As a 40 year old man I did a facial for the first time in my life with Carla. I can honestly say it was the most relaxing and informative procedure I’ve ever experienced. She did an amazing job and I learned so much about my skin. I highly recommend. You’re not just going for a facial, you’re going to learn so much about your skin that will help you overall in the long run. 5 stars

I had such a great experience at Balanced Aesthetics in Brookhaven! From the moment I called to book, Gina was so friendly, patient, and helpful — she made scheduling super easy. The space itself is clean, beautiful, and instantly puts you at ease. From someone who hadn’t been treated in over a year, I’m so glad I went to Caroline! She was amazing and really took the time to listen to what I wanted and made the Botox process painless. The results are perfect — natural, refreshed, and exactly what I hoped for. My experience was awesome starting with the receptionist Gina what a wonderful lady. She was very professional and kind when we spoke . I called several times because of information needed and she was always helpful and was never bothered no matter how times I called. Caroline was very knowledgeable, professional and I felt well taken cared of. Her recommendations were helpful but because of state regulations I could not use Balanced Wellness services. She treated me as if I was a client receiving her services. I feel very good about getting the services I want from her recommendations and getting the best of care.
